How does the Client Enrolment/Intake work?

Here are the steps your Clients go through when completing your enrolment process:

  1. Select Sign Up

  2. Complete Health Record forms

  3. Upload medical or referral documents

  4. Review and sign the consent forms

  5. Provide preferred payment method

  6. Add Password, then select Finish
