What is a subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes data on Carepatron’s behalf in order to deliver specific parts of the product.

Subprocessors are used for defined operational purposes such as hosting infrastructure, processing payments, enabling communications, or supporting claims workflows.

List of Carepatron subprocessors

Carepatron use the following subprocessors to host customer data or provide other infrastructure that helps with the delivery of our Services:

Data protection expectations

Carepatron expects all subprocessors to follow strict security and compliance standards. This includes:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted while stored and in transit

  • Access controls: Only authorized personnel can access data

  • Incident response: Plans are in place if something goes wrong

Subprocessors are regularly monitored or vetted to ensure they can support Carepatron’s data protection obligations in practice.

Transparency and updates

Carepatron maintains an up-to-date list of subprocessors and makes this information available to customers. When subprocessors change, the list is updated to reflect the current set of service providers involved in data processing.
