How do I sync my Google email?

Syncing your email lets you keep all client communication in one place, making it easier to stay organized and respond quickly. This guide will help you connect your Gmail or Outlook account so you can manage messages directly inside your Carepatron workspace.

Here are the steps to sync Carepatron with your Google email:

  1. Navigate to the Inbox page.

  2. Click on + New Inbox.

  3. Click Connect to sync your Google or Microsoft account.

  4. Follow the prompts to reconnect your email account. You may receive workspace-specific instructions or a link within your account interface to guide you through the process.
