Carepatron’s white-labeling feature lets you personalize your workspace by uploading your logo and selecting a custom theme color. These branding changes are now automatically applied to all users in your workspace, unless they have previously selected a personal theme color.
You can apply the following customizations:
Branding logo
Here are the steps to adding or updating your logo:
Go to Settings.
Select Workspace settings.
Navigate to the Details tab.
Go to the Workspace branding section.
Select Update Logo.
Choose an image from your files.
Hit Save.
Note:
Our system supports PNG and JPEG file formats, with a maximum file size of 5MB. To ensure smooth uploads, please make sure your image meets these requirements. If you experience any issues, try compressing the file or converting it to a supported format.
Sidebar logo customization
To customize your sidebar logo, follow these steps:
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Workspace Settings.
Scroll down to Workspace branding and click Edit.
Upload your logo under the Sidebar section.
Carepatron allows you to customize how your logo is displayed with two layout options: Expanded and Collapsed.
Expanded
This version will display your full logo when the left-hand menu is expanded.
You can upload your expanded logo by following these steps:
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Workspace Settings.
Scroll down to Workspace branding and click Edit.
Go to Logo (Expanded) and click Upload logo.
Choose your logo file from your device.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Collapsed
This version displays your logo as a small snapshot when the left-hand menu is collapsed.
You can upload your expanded logo by following these steps:
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Workspace Settings.
Under Details, go to Workspace branding and click Edit.
Select the Logo (Collapsed) and click Upload Logo.
Choose your logo file from your device.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Theme color customization
You can also set your Workspace Theme Color in the same section. This color will be applied across your team’s workspace.
Go to Settings.
Select My Profile.
Navigate to Theme and click Edit.
Choose your preferred color.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Note: Theme customization is available only on the Advanced plan as part of our white labeling features.
