All subscriptions are subject to our Terms of Service. Moreover, it states that Carepatron may update fees or add new charges over time. From time to time, we may also run campaigns or special offers that may be applied directly to your account. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
🎁 Free trial
New users enjoy a 30-day free trial of the Advanced Plan to explore our premium features.
After 30 days, your account will automatically return to the free plan unless you choose to upgrade.
The trial is designed to give you time to explore the platform and decide whether a monthly or annual plan suits your practice. You will not be asked for payment details unless you decide to move to a paid subscription.
📅 Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly plans and are best suited for practices that are ready to commit to a full year at a lower overall cost.
🔄 Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time.
Selecting cancel will stop your plan from renewing. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically move to the free plan. You are welcome to resume your subscription at any time.
Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
🛠 Service interruptions
Occasionally, we may carry out maintenance or platform updates to improve performance and security. If brief interruptions occur, subscription fees are not refunded.
🚫 Account termination
If an account is suspended or terminated, previously paid subscription fees are not refunded, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
⚖️ Payment disputes
Subscription payments are considered final. Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals may involve additional processing fees and could impact account access.
