Carepatron's insurance module is currently only available for US-based users for electronic claim filing. However, if you're based outside the US, you can still use the insurance feature.

How to manage insurance as an international user
Adding a client's insurance policy
Go to Clients and open the relevant client profile.
Navigate to the Insurance tab.
Click Add insurance and fill in the policy details.
Set the service coverage, copay, or excess amounts as needed.
Click Save to store the policy information.
Recording a manual insurance payment
Open the client's Billing section.
Create or open an existing invoice.
Specify the insurance and client payment portions on the billing item.
Record the insurance payment manually in Carepatron.
