Carepatron connects to Apple Calendar indirectly through Google Calendar. Once set up, any appointment you create in Apple Calendar will automatically flow through to Google Calendar and appear in Carepatron.
Step 1: Link your Google account to Apple calendar
On your iPhone:
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Calendar.
Tap Accounts → Add Account.
Select Google and sign in with your business email address (the one your Google Calendar is under).
Once signed in, ensure the Calendars toggle is switched on.
Your Google calendars will now be visible inside your iPhone's Calendar app.
Step 2: Connect Google calendar to Carepatron
In Carepatron, go to Calendar Settings.
Connect Google calendar.
When prompted, sign in with the same Google account used in Step 1.
Choose which calendars to sync — make sure you select the correct ones.
Step 3: Test the Sync
To confirm everything is working correctly:
Create a new appointment in your Apple Calendar.
Make sure the event is saved under your Gmail/Google calendar (see second image).
Save the event
Check Google Calendar — the appointment should appear there.
Check Carepatron — the same appointment should also appear.
If the appointment shows up in all three places, your sync is set up correctly.
