How do I view appointments, invoices, and claims in one place?

Appointments, invoices, and claims, all in one clear view

We have redesigned the Billing page to give you a clearer, more organised view of everything happening across your practice's billing.

Instead of jumping between separate pages to check appointments, invoices, and claims, it is all now in one place — filterable, grouped, and easier to act on.

What you will see now

One table for everything

The new Billing Overview tab shows all your appointments in a single table, with invoices and claims sitting right alongside each one. Here is a look at what it shows:

What is new and how to use it

Grouped rows for multi-client appointments

When an appointment involves more than one client, such as a couple or family session, the row shows a summary (for example, "2 clients") with the combined billing totals. This keeps the table tidy without hiding any information.

Filters across the top

Use the filter bar to narrow down the table by client, payer, note status, claim status, invoice status, or billable status. A date range selector lets you set the period you want to view, and the status summary at the top updates to reflect exactly what is in the filtered list.

Quick summary counts for unpaid invoices, paid invoices, draft claims, submitted claims, denied claims, and paid claims are always visible at the top of the table so you can see the state of your billing at a glance.

Actions directly on each row

You can now take action on any appointment, invoice, or claim directly from the row. No need to open a separate page first. Common actions like adding an invoice or generating billing items are available right where you need them.

Client names link to their profile

Click any client's name in the table to go straight to their profile. This makes it easy to move from a billing question to a client record without losing your place.
