With our new communications update, you can access email communications from the client record. In this guide, you will learn how to:
Go directly to a client's record through the inbox
Navigate to the client's email from which you wish to access the record.
Go to the section where the email participants are located.
Click on the client's name.
You can see the client's profile.
View all communications with a specific client through their client record
Navigate to the client record page.
Navigate to the client record you wish to access.
Select the inbox tab.
