Custom Appointment Statuses allow users to create, manage, and assign personalized status labels to appointments beyond the default system-provided options (e.g., Scheduled, Completed, Cancelled). This feature enables enhanced flexibility in tracking the appointment lifecycle according to specific workflow needs.
✅ How to View/Edit/Create Appointment Statuses
Go to the Calendar tab.
Click the gear icon to open Settings.
Select Manage Statuses.
You'll see a list of all existing appointment statuses.
To delete a status, click the X next to it.
To create a new status, click + New Status, enter the name, and click Save.
You can then use your custom statuses when updating appointments.
