Scheduling an appointment lets you quickly set up sessions with your clients and keep your calendar organized. You can choose the location, service, and time, making it easy for clients to book and for you to manage your day smoothly.
In this article, you will learn how to:
Schedule a new appointment
Navigate to the Calendar page.
Click a date and time on the calendar or + New in the upper right.
Select Appointment.
Insert date and time.
Select client (or clients) from the drop-down.
Select service.
Add location and/or video call
Click Create
You can opt to send the notification or not.
You can easily add team members assisting with a session as a quick snapshot reference. This allows you to indicate who else is involved without changing the session owner.
Reschedule an appointment from your calendar view
Navigate to the Calendar page
Go to the Appointment for which you would like to rebook.
Select Edit.
Update the information.
Select Save.
You can opt to send the notification or not.
Viewing unassigned appointments in the calendar
If a team member who was previously assigned to a client or owned a section is removed from the workspace, their associated appointments or tasks may no longer appear under a specific team member.
To locate and view these items:
Navigate to the Calendar.
In the team member filter, select the "Unassigned" option.
This will display all appointments and tasks that are no longer assigned to an active team member. If nothing appears, it means all items are currently assigned to an active team member.
