How do I change my client's status?

Here are the steps to manage client status:

  1. On the client's row, go to the last column where it says status

  2. Select the arrow in the dropdown

  3. Select the status you would like


Here are the steps to create a custom status:

  1. Select the status dropdown

  2. Select manage statuses

  3. Select new status

  4. Type in the title of the status you want to create

  5. Select the square to customize the colour

  6. Click save


Here are the steps to rearrange the order of the statuses:

  1. Select the status dropdown

  2. Select manage statuses

  3. Select the dotted icon and drag the status in the order you want


Here are the steps to customize the statuses:

  1. Select the status dropdown

  2. Select manage statuses

  3. Select the overflow icon

  4. Select rename or choose colour

  5. Select save once done
