Managing client status helps you keep track of each client’s stage in their care journey. You can mark clients as active, inactive, or archived to organize your workspace, maintain accurate records, and focus on the clients who currently need your attention.

Manage client status
Go into client records.
In the client's row, go to the column labeled 'status'.
Select the arrow in the dropdown.
Select the status you would like.
Create a custom status
Go into client records.
Click +Status in the row next to the client search bar.
Select manage statuses.
Select New status.
Type in the title of the status you want to create.
Select the square to customize the color.
Click Save.
Rearrange the order of the statuses
Go into client records
Click +Status in the row next to the client search bar.
Select manage statuses.
Select the dotted icon, then drag the status to the order you want.
Customize the statuses
Go into client records
Click +Status in the row next to the client search bar.
Select manage statuses.
Select the overflow icon.
Select rename or choose a color.
Select Save once done.
