Adding staff to a client makes it easy for you to assign the right team members, streamline coordination, and provide a smoother, more personalized experience. In this article, we'll show you how to do so.
Assigning a staff member to a specific client
Go to the Clients page.
Navigate to the name of the client.
You will see a toolbar on the right side.
Select overflow (three dots) for More actions.
Click Assign team.
Select the staff member(s) you are assigning.
Click Save.
