Notifications will allow you to monitor the activity within your workspace as well as your client's activity.

To find them, simply go to Activity in the left-hand side menu and you'll find all your notifications.



Types of Notifications

The table below shows the types of notifications that show up in the Activity tab:

Notification Type

Reason to Receive

Description

Scheduling

Appointment Assigned

If a new appointment is created with one of the clients and/or services assigned to you.

This is a notification sent from the Admin. to the rest of the staff after scheduling appointments.

Client Appointment Booked

Client has booked an appointment for a service assigned to you.

When a client books an appointment through the booking link, this notification will be received.

Appointment Cancelled

Received after the appointment is cancelled by the client.

This notification will include the cancellation notice as well as the reason (if provided) for the cancellation.

Appointment Rescheduled

Received if the client rescheduled the appointment.

You will receive the new appointment details in this notification, as you would with any new appointment scheduled.

Appointment Confirmed

Received after a client confirms attending an appointment you created for them.

This notification will contain the appointment details as well as the client's confirmation.

Clients & Documents

Note/Form Submitted

Received once the client has submitted a form.

This notification will let you know when a form has been submitted by your client and review the information they provided.

Client Uploaded File

Received after a client uploads any document through their Client Portal.

Once a document is submitted, this notification will let you know to go in and review the document.

Client Added Note

Received after a note was created by the client through their Client Portal.

This notification will allow you to see the notes your clients create through their Client Portal.

Client Updated Note

Received after a note has been updated by the client.

This notification will make sure you don't miss any updates within your client's notes.

Client Assigned

Received when a client has been assigned to you.

This notification will include the name of the client that has been assigned to you.

Billing & Payments

Invoice Paid

Received after a client pays a pending invoice.

Once payment is received, this notification will provide the details around the payment.

Subscription Payment Failed

Received if the payment option on file is unable to process the charge for your Carepatron plan.

If we are unable to process your payment for the plan you are currently using, we will make sure to let you know through this notification.

Workspace

Referral Credited

Received if any credit is to be applied for referring a client to sign up to Carepatron.

This notification will include the amount credited and the circumstances around having received the credit.

Referral Joined

Received after a client you referred decides to sing up for one of the Carepatron plans.

If you refer a fellow practitioner, and they decide to sign up to one of our plans, we will let you know through this notification.


Activity filters

Choose which notifications to see with by changing between the following filters:

  • Unread - shows unread notifications and is also the default filter upon loading

  • Read - shows the notifications that the user has read

  • Ignored - shows the notifications that the user has ignored

  • All - shows all notifications


Notifications Settings

You can choose which types of notifications by going to Settings > My Profile > Notifications. Simply click Edit and choose which types of notifications you'd like to receive and which ones you'd rather not receive.
