Hello and welcome to Carepatron! In this article, we will introduce the features and capabilities found in your Carepatron Workspace. You will find links to articles with more information about each feature, as well as easy step-by-step guides to set up your workspace. Let's begin by taking a look at the following video:


Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled directly from your Calendar in Carepatron, but first, you must create locations and services. Connect with most common video call platforms, or choose our telehealth video calls. Once your locations are set up, you can begin to set up your services. You can create a new service, name the service, set a different display name for when clients are booking online, set a duration and a price, or even leave those fields blank if you prefer to. Once that is taken care of, scheduling appointments with your clients will be as easy as simply sharing a booking link.

Billing & Payments

For billing and payments, you can connect your Stripe account in just a few steps. You can also customize your invoices to reflect your brand. Once ready, you can go ahead and start sharing your booking link and collecting payments through virtual invoices. You can also create superbills for your clients to receive refunds from their insurance provider when needed.

Client Records

You can import clients from most common platforms or add new clients manually.

Once you've added a client, you can customize the entire record to match your practice.

You can also easily add relationships as well as add new notes, send intake forms, upload files and a lot more. See all communications that you've had with a client, along with the history of billing and receipts for that client, too.

Your Team

Invite your team to join your Carepatron Workspace! Just go to your team and invite a new team member. Once you've added their details, you can go into their record and edit their permissions. You can even assign them services and set their individual availability as well.

Inbox

See all email communication with clients directly through your workspace. Sync your Gmail or Microsoft (Outlook, Office 365, etc.) inbox to your workspace and keep all relevant client information and communication in one single place.

Templates

From general intake forms to session notes, in your workspace you will find the Templates needed to make general documentation and session note-taking a breeze. You can add any of your existing templates, as well as create entirely new ones, directly from your Carepatron Workspace. You even have access to all the templates created for all types of practice, at all times, in our Community section. Make sure you don't miss visiting it when you need a new template, what you need might already be there for you to use.

Telehealth Video Call

1-on-1 live video sessions through Carepatron, that's right! You have the same tools and capabilities as any other virtual call platform, integrated into your Carepatron workspace. You can host a single attendee call or a whole group session, share your screen to present relevant information, and even add some VFX to your video feed to personalize your experience!
