Through your Calendar Settings, you can change the appearance of events in your calendar, the format of the information found within the events, and even add a secondary timezone. Simply follow these steps to access your Calendar Settings:
Go to Calendar
Go to the top right corner of the screen and select More Actions
Select Settings
Go to Calendar details and click Edit to make changes to the calendar view and event parameters
Go to Timezone display and click Edit if you want to add a secondary timezone, as well as a label to easily identify each
Calendar Details
These are the customizable features within your Calendar:
Start week on - choose between Sunday and Monday to start your calendar week
Show weekends - choose between only seeing weekdays or the full week in your calendar
Timeslot size - customize the size of the slots in your calendar (this only affects the view, it does not affect the time increment setting)
Time increment - select the default time for a new event in the calendar
Show icons - customize events to show icons when an event has notes, invoices and/or video call
Client name format - customize the way the client's name is shown in events
