Changing your calendar time zone and language preferences helps you personalize your workspace to match your location and communication style. This ensures that all appointments, reminders, and notifications appear at the right time and in the language you’re most comfortable with.
Today you will learn how to:
Change your general language preference and time zone:
Click Settings.
Choose My Profile.
In the Language and timezone section, press Edit.
Select your preferred language and timezone in the dropdown.
Select Save.
Change your calendar's time zone
If you have clients who are in different time zones, you can now view your and your clients' time zones simultaneously in your calendar. Set your primary time zone to your current time zone, and then set the secondary time zone to your clients' time zone.
Go to Calendar.
Go to the top right corner of the screen and select the settings icon.
Select Settings.
Go to Calendar details and click Edit.
Under Timezone display, click Edit to add a secondary timezone and a label to easily identify each.
Go back to your Calendar.
Select a calendar view.
Note:
You can view the primary and secondary time zones in your calendar when using the day, 3-day, or week views, but not in the month view.
