We are aware your day is usually filled up with different types of events, not just service appointments. In this article, we will go over the different event types you can create and add to your calendar to manage your day most effectively.



Creating a New Event

  1. Go to "Calendar"

  2. Select "+ New" in the top right corner

  3. Select the event type and add the information as requested


Appointment

Add client(s), practitioner(s), service(s), location, date & time, and even add a Video Call from your set locations


Task

Add a title, set a due date & time, and add a description of your task as needed


Reminder

Add a title, set a date and time for the reminder, and choose if this should repeat


Meeting

Add the title, date & time, video link (if needed), a location, and even a description of what the meeting will be about


Out of Office

Add a title, set the date & time you will be out of the office, and add a description if needed
