You can organize your Templates like this:
Form Sections
Organize your form fields into clearly labeled groups.
Go to Templates.
Select the circled plus sign (+).
Enter the Folder Name and select Create.
You can add templates to the folder in two ways:
Drag and drop the templates into the folder.
Select the folder icon on a template, choose the folder name from the drop-down menu, and click Save.
Group Fields: Add titled sections to separate different parts of your form.
Flexible Management: Add or remove questions as needed.
Easy Rearrangement: Duplicate sections or drag and drop fields between them.
