How to edit a workflow template
Go to Settings.
Select Workflows from the options.
Under the Templates section, you’ll see a list of available templates.
Click on a template to select it.
Hit the Edit button.
You’ll now be able to view and modify the content of the selected template.
How to add another language template
Go to the Settings menu.
Select Workflows from the options.
Under the Templates section, you’ll see a list of available templates.
Click on Email Content.
Hit the +Add Language button.
The system will autopopulate the email layout in the selected language.
Just click Save.
How to modify a workflow template theme
Go to the Settings menu.
Select Workflows from the options.
Under the Templates section, you’ll see a list of available templates.
Click on Theme.
Toggle on/off the option you want to show/hide from the template.
Click Save.
