You can send clients free SMS/text and email reminders for upcoming appointments. You can also send a booking confirmation right after scheduling a new appointment or rescheduling an existing appointment.

Setting up reminders
Here are the steps to set up your appointment reminders:
Navigate to the Workspace Settings page
Go to the Reminders tab
Go to the Appointment Reminder sections
Select + New Reminder and select the settings you prefer
Change reminders
Here are the steps to customize your appointment reminders:
Navigate to the Workspace Settings page
Go to the Reminders tab
Go to the Appointment Reminder sections
Select edit and adjust the existing reminders as needed
Note: Only email reminders will include the link for the appointment meeting. SMS reminders will only display appointment details.
