Client Address Selection for Appointments

Streamline your workflow for home visits and location-based services by selecting from your client's saved addresses when creating appointments. This new feature makes it easier to schedule sessions at the correct location without re-entering information each time.

You can now choose a client’s registered address directly when scheduling an appointment — perfect for mobile services, in-home care, or community visits.

How to select a client’s address for an appointment:

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Click on a time slot or select + New in the upper-right corner.

  3. Choose Appointment.

  4. Insert the date and time of the session.

  5. Click the three dots at the bottom to expand all fields.

  6. Select the client (or clients) from the drop-down.

  7. Choose the service.

  8. Under Location, you’ll now see the option to select from the client’s registered addresses.

  9. Click Create to save the appointment.

💡 Make sure the client’s address is saved in their profile ahead of time for it to appear here.
