Viewing a client’s appointment history allows you to easily access past visits and review details that support ongoing care. You can quickly find relevant appointments, spot patterns in scheduling or treatment, and understand which services your clients use most often.
By tracking appointment statuses at a glance, you stay organized and make informed decisions that enhance both your workflow and your clients’ experience.
With this feature, you can do the following:
Access the appointment counter
To go to the appointment counter:
Go to the Clients page.
Select a client.
Navigate to the Overview tab.
Look for the Appointment History section.
A pie chart displays appointment data that can be toggled between two views by status or service.
View the client's appointment history by status
Go to the Clients page.
Select a client.
Navigate to the Overview tab.
Look for the Appointment History section.
Toggle to Status.
Appointments are now organized into three groups for easier viewing:
Upcoming - Future appointments
Past - Completed appointments
All - All appointments combined
View the client's appointment history by service
Go to the Clients page.
Select a client.
Navigate to the Overview tab.
Look for the Appointment History section.
Toggle to Service.
The number of appointments per service will appear.
