Why is my service description not showing up?

If your service description isn’t appearing where you expect it to, it’s usually due to a visibility or setup setting. This guide explains how you can fix it quickly.

Even though you have included it in your service, you still have to set it up in your online booking. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Scheduling.

  3. Navigate to the Online booking tab.

  4. Go to Customize appearance.

  5. Toggle Show description on service bookings on.
