How to schedule a Zoom call for someone else in your team.

Prerequisites

You have connected Zoom to Carepatron (Make sure you allow "Shared Access Permissions")


There are two methods to create a Zoom call for someone else in Carepatron

1. Both team members have connected Zoom to Carepatron (usually when both are on Zoom's free plan)

  1. Create an appointment for the other team member (choose Zoom as the video call provider)

  2. Done!

2. The other team member is in your Zoom account (only used when both have paid licenses inside the same Zoom account)

  1. Ensure both team members are part of the same Zoom account (check User Management in Zoom)

  2. Ensure both team members have a paid license within that Zoom account
