How to grant camera and mic permissions to Carepatron?

Before starting a Telehealth session, make sure your browser and device have granted Carepatron permission to use your camera and microphone. This ensures your clients can see and hear you clearly during video calls. If something isn’t working, checking and adjusting these permissions is often the quickest fix.

How to grant camera & mic permissions in Safari

  1. Go to Safari in the top left (next to the Apple icon).

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Choose Camera > Allow and Microphone > Allow.

  4. Refresh your browser.


How to grant camera & mic permissions in Chrome

  1. Click the settings icon on the top left (next to the refresh icon).

  2. Choose Camera > Allow and Microphone > Allow.

  3. Refresh your browser.


Check the microphone and video settings

When you are in a video call session:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.

  2. Check the microphone and video source.
