Here are the steps to host a video call:
Navigate to the Calendar page
Go to the appointment for which you are hosting a video call
Select the Start video call button
Then select the Join now button to start the call
Group Telehealth sessions
Up to 20 users can join the same Telehealth video call, which allows for group sessions of up to 20 people (2 clinicians and 18 clients).
Each Client can join the video call through their unique appointment confirmation or email reminder link.
