How do I set up or customize appointment reminders?

You can send clients free SMS/text and email reminders for upcoming appointments. You can also send a booking confirmation right after scheduling a new appointment or rescheduling an existing appointment.

Setting up reminders

Here are the steps to set up your appointment reminders:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page.

  2. Go to the General page.

  3. Scroll down to Appointment Reminder Settings

  4. Select either New Reminder.


Change reminders

Here are the steps to customize your appointment reminders:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page.

  2. Go to the General page.

  3. Scroll down to Appointment Reminder Settings

  4. Select either or Edit.
