How do I set my client’s notifications by email or SMS?

Adjusting your client’s notifications lets you control how and when they receive updates about appointments, messages, or shared files. This helps you create a smoother communication experience and ensures clients stay informed without being overwhelmed.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Clients section.

  2. Select the client name.

  3. Click Settings (gear icon).

  4. Choose Edit for the Preferred notification method option.

  5. Turn on/off the option you want to choose (Email/SMS).

  6. Click Save to confirm.

Note:

  • When selecting a client and clicking Settings (the gear icon), you can also set their preferred language and time zone.

  • SMS reminders are available only on paid subscriptions. Each plan includes a set number of SMS reminders per month, and any usage beyond that will incur additional charges.
