How do I add or customize services or products?

Here are the steps to create or customize your services and products:

  1. Navigate to the Scheduling Settings page.

  2. Go to the Service page.

  3. Select either + New, edit, or delete.

  4. Select Taxable for those services which include sales tax

  5. Select a location for the service

  6. Click Create new service


Here are the steps to create a service package:

  1. Navigate to the Scheduling Settings page.

  2. Go to the Service page.

  3. Select + New

  4. Name the service package

  5. Put the duration of one session

  6. Put the price of the total number of sessions included in the package

  7. To create a recurring appointment, go to the calendar and create an appointment under this service package

  8. Select Repeat and select the number of appointments in occurrences


Creating collections for your services makes it quick and easy for your clients to browse for services and choose which one is right for them.

  1. Navigate to the Service page

  2. Click the + New button in the upper-right corner

  3. Select New collection

  4. Enter Name

  5. Select services to include in the collection from the drop-down

  6. Click the Copy button


Here are the steps to create a group booking for a service:

  1. Navigate to the Service page

  2. Click in to the service you would like to create a group booking for

  3. Select edit in the service details section

  4. Select the Group Event slider

  5. Select a maximum limit of the group booking

  6. Select save
