How do I change my calendar view?

You can now view your calendar through grouped views. This will show you every appointment in one day, side by side, to see every staff member's appointments more visibly.

In this guide, we will cover:


Here are the steps to group your calendar view by team, service or location:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar

  2. At the top of the page press the filter icon

  3. In the 'Group by' section, select Team

  4. Press Close


Here are the steps to colour your appointments by team or service:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar

  2. At the top of the page press the filter icon

  3. In the 'Colour by' section, select Team or Service

  4. Press Close


Here are the steps to view specific team members' appointments:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page

  2. Select the specific staff members you would like to view in the Team members section


Here are the steps to view the group calendar in daily/ weekly/ monthly view:

  1. Navigate to the calendar page

  2. At the top of the page next to the date range, select the view drop-down

  3. Select either daily, weekly or monthly view


Here are the filter options to change your view on your calendar based on appointment and invoice status:

  1. Navigate to the calendar page

  2. Select the filter icon

  3. Select the dropdown for appointment or invoice status

  4. Select the status that suits your needs
