In Carepatron, you can easily indicate your available times so that new and existing clients can schedule appointments online. You can also specify the services offered during these times. Any appointments already on your calendar will block those times from appearing available to prevent double booking.
We've also integrated a location and video setting, which allows you to designate time as bookable in specific locations or only by video.

For many practitioners, setting your Availability means confirming your practice hours. For others, it might mean allocating a few specific blocks during which clients can request appointments online. To do this:
Navigate to a Settings page
Selecting Availability tab
Click Edit in the upper-right corner.
Add times and locations
Click Save in the bottom right corner
Deleting availability
To delete an availability block:
Navigate to a Settings page
Selecting Availability tab
Click Edit in the upper-right corner
To delete, click the day icon
Click Save in the bottom right corner
