How do I manage my availability?

In Carepatron, you can easily indicate your available times so that clients can schedule appointments online. You can also specify the services offered during these times. Any appointments already on your calendar will block those times from appearing available to prevent double booking.

We've also integrated a location and video setting, which allows you to designate time as bookable in specific locations or only by video.

In this guide, we'll cover the following:


Setting or editing availability:

For many practitioners, setting your Availability means confirming your practice hours. For others, it might mean allocating a few availability blocks in which clients can request appointments online. To do this:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page

  2. Select the Availability tab

  3. Click Edit in the upper-right corner.

  4. Add times and locations

  5. Click Save in the bottom right corner


Deleting availability blocks:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page

  2. Select the Availability tab

  3. Click Edit in the upper-right corner

  4. To delete, click the day icon

  5. Click Save in the bottom right corner


Creating multiple availability schedules:

  1. Navigate to the settings page

  2. Select the availability tab

  3. Scroll to the bottom and select + New Schedule

  4. Write a name for your new schedule

  5. Select your availability for this specific schedule

  6. Select save
