How to change your client's timezone to send reminders that match their location.

Learn how to set clients’ timezones for seamless scheduling and timely communication. This guide covers adjusting timezone settings to improve response times and enhance client interactions.


Here are the steps on how to set it:

  1. Navigate to the Client section.

  2. Select the client name for which you want to set the timezone.

  3. Hover over the Settings (gear icon).

  4. Choose Edit for the Timezone option.

  5. Select the appropriate time zone from the dropdown menu.

  6. Click Save to confirm.
