Which communication types are there?

We aim to combine all your fragmented communications and tools into a single communication hub.

Our inbox can now be synced with your Gmail and Microsoft accounts, allowing you to send and reply to emails directly from within the Carepatron app.

In this inbox view, you can see all your message categories organized along the top, including Open, Draft, Closed, Scheduled, Sent, Deleted, and Other.

On the left sidebar, you can switch between All, Sent, Draft, and your different inboxes. You also have quick access to secure messaging, client conversations, and team messages. At the upper right, you can see the compose button, which lets you start a new message at any time.

Through the inbox, you can receive several types of communication related to your practice. This includes internal team messages, appointment updates, shared files, and any replies that come through your connected email channels. All of these appear in one organized space so you can easily manage conversations and stay on top of everything happening in your practice.
