Exporting client information is simple and allows you to download key details about your clients from our platform. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining offline records, sharing data with team members, or backing up client information.
Here's how to export your client data:
Navigate to the Clients section from the main dashboard.
Select clients for export.
Hover over the clients whose information you want to export.
Check the checkboxes next to each client. You can select multiple clients at once.
Once you’ve selected your clients, different actions will appear at the bottom-right of the screen. Click on the dots to open the More actions menu.
In the More Actions menu, choose the Export option.
A pop-up question will appear to confirm if you wish to continue. Click Export. You have the option to include the Notes.
What's included in the export?
The export includes:
All information from the client's Personal tab, such as contact details (phone number, email address) and demographic information (date of birth, address)
Notes, exported as Markdown (
.md) files — these can be opened in any Markdown viewer, Microsoft Word, or Notepad and will still be readable
What’s not included?
The export will not include:
Appointments
Documentation
Inbox
To download clients' forms, assessments, and files other than notes, go to each client record and, in Documentation, download each individually.
Documentation created within the platform will be downloaded in PDF format. All other files that were uploaded onto a client's profile will be downloaded in the same format they were uploaded in (i.e., uploaded JPGs will be downloaded as JPGs, and so on).
