How do I export my client's data?

Overview

Exporting client information is a simple process that allows you to download key details about your clients from our platform. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining offline records, sharing data with team members, or backing up client information.

Steps to Export Client Information

  1. Navigate to the Clients Section:

    • Start by logging into your account and selecting the Clients section from the main dashboard.

  2. Select Clients for Export:

    • Hover over the clients whose information you want to export.

    • Check the checkboxes next to each client. You can select multiple clients at once.

  3. Access More Actions:

    • Once you’ve selected your clients, look for the three dots ( ••• ) at the bottom right of the screen.

    • Click on these dots to open the More Actions menu.

  4. Export the Information:

    • In the More Actions menu, choose the Export option.

    • The system will automatically export all the information stored in the client’s record under the Personal tab.

What’s Included in the Export?

The export will include all the information in the client’s Personal tab, such as:

  • Contact details (e.g., phone number, email address)

  • Demographic information (e.g., date of birth, address)

  • Any other data fields filled out in the Personal tab.

What’s Not Included?

Please note that the export will not include:

  • Notes

  • Appointments

  • Inbox

To download clients' notes, go to each client record and, in Documentation, download each note individually.
