Exporting client information is a simple process that allows you to download key details about your clients from our platform. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining offline records, sharing data with team members, or backing up client information.
Here's how to export your client data:
Navigate to the Clients section from the main dashboard.
Select clients for export.
Hover over the clients whose information you want to export.
Check the checkboxes next to each client. You can select multiple clients at once.
Once you’ve selected your clients, different actions will appear at the bottom-right of the screen. Click on the dots to open the More actions menu.
In the More Actions menu, choose the Export option.
A pop-up question will appear to confirm if you wish to continue. Click Export.
The system will automatically export all the information stored in the client’s record under the Personal tab.
What’s included in the export?
The export will include all the information in the client’s Personal tab, such as:
Contact details (e.g., phone number, email address)
Demographic information (e.g., date of birth, address)
Any other data fields filled out in the Personal tab.
What’s not included?
Please note that the export will not include:
Notes
Appointments
Inbox
To download clients' notes, go to each client record and, in Documentation, download each note individually.
