As a client, you can manage your documentation and the one shared by the practitioner.
How can I view documents shared?
Access the Client Portal.
Navigate to the Documentation page.
Hover over the documents, and select the Eye icon to view your document.
How can I download documents shared?
Access the Client Portal.
Navigate to the Documentation page.
Hover over the documents, and select the Down Arrow icon to download your document.
A print page will open, confirm the download by selecting Save.
Confirm the name of the file and select Save.
How can I upload a document?
Access the Client Portal.
Navigate to the Documentation page.
Select the Upload files option.
Choose the account (the practitioner account you are uploading the file to).
Attach or drag and drop to upload the file.
Select Save.
How can I add a note?
Access the Client Portal.
Navigate to the Documentation page.
Select the New Note option.
Choose the account (the practitioner account you are uploading the file to).
Create the note.
Select Complete.
