When a patient opens their portal account, they will be welcomed with the dashboard. The dashboard will have the client's history with their practitioner such as notes, documents and forms from past and future appointments.

Your patients can book an appointment through the patient portal.
Here are the steps to book an appointment through the patient portal.
Sign in to your patient portal account
At the corner of the dashboards, select book appointment
Select the clinic/ therapist you would like to book an appointment with
Fill out the online booking form
Our team will be available to answer any further questions you may have. Just reply via messenger through the Help channel in your workspace.
