Client Portal Settings

As a client, you have access to the client portal, where you can make adjustments to customize your account to suit your needs. If you are a contact or linked as a relationship to a client, you'll also have a client portal space.

Note: You'll get access to the Client Portal if you register as a client or if a practitioner invites you.


Change language and timezone in the Client Portal

  1. Access the Client Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Settings page.

  3. In Profile, select Language and timezone.

  4. Select the edit icon.

  5. Change them as you need and save them.


Activate MFA Authentication

  1. Access the Client Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Settings page.

  3. In Profile, select Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  4. Select the Set-Up MFA icon.

  5. Scan the QR code in the authentication app you are going to be using.

  6. Add the code shown in the app and select Verify.

  7. It'll be done.


Delete my account

  1. Access the Client Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Settings page.

  3. In Profile, select Danger zone.

  4. Select the Delete Account option.

  5. Confirm by selecting Yes, delete.

  6. The account will be deleted.


Add a Payment Method

  1. Access the Client Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Settings page.

  3. In Payment methods, select +New Payment methods.

  4. Add the information (Card Information, Country, and Authorized providers).

  5. Then select Save.

Note: Adding an authorized provider will allow your practitioner to charge your registered account when processing an invoice payment.
