Hosting a video call with Carepatron Telehealth lets you connect with your clients securely and seamlessly right from your workspace. You can start one-on-one or group sessions, share your screen, and use interactive features to deliver care efficiently.
Here are the steps to host a video call with Carepatron Telehealth:
Navigate to the Calendar page.
Go to the appointment for which you are hosting a video call.
Select the Start video call button.
Then select the Join now button to start the call.
Group telehealth sessions
Our telehealth currently allows up to 250 participants to join, with one participant able to share their screen at a time.
Each client can join the video call through their unique appointment confirmation or email reminder link.
Our team will be available to answer any further questions you may have. Just reply via messenger through the Help channel in your workspace.
