How do you transfer ownership of your Carepatron account?

Transferring ownership of your account ensures that the right person has control over administrative settings and access permissions. This helps maintain security, accountability, and smooth management of your organization’s operations when necessary.

If you are transferring to a new user or email, go to the Team page, invite the new user or email to the provider as a New team member, and complete the verification process. Then complete the following steps:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Details tab.

  3. Go to the Danger Zone section.

  4. Click Transfer and choose a new owner.

  5. Click Transfer again, and a pop-up question will ask you to type the word 'transfer' if you are sure.

  6. Select, Yes, transfer.
