Creating your own templates allows you to create resources that are compatible with your practice and its workflow.
In this guide, we will cover:
Creating a Template
Navigate to the templates page
Choose which collection you would like the template to be saved under
Give the template a title
Click on the '+' icon in the toolbar
Choose the field types you would like to include in your template. For a master guide on the field types click here
Click save template in the bottom right corner
Editing a Team Template
Navigate to the templates page
Select the overflow icon on the template you would like to edit
Press edit
Create the edits you want and then press save
Editing a Community Template
Navigate to the templates page
Select the overflow icon on a community template you would like to edit
Select 'copy to Team templates'
Go to your Team Templates Library and click the overflow icon
Press edit
Create the edits you want and then press save
Sharing a Template with the Community
After creating a template, in the team templates library, press the overflow icon
Press 'publish to community'
Fill out category, profession and any necessary tags
