Scheduling an email allows you to plan your communication effectively and ensure your messages are sent at the most appropriate time. Follow these simple steps to schedule an email:

Navigate to Inbox
Click on the Compose button to start creating a new email.
Fill in the recipient's email address, the subject of your email, and write the body of your message.
Locate the arrow icon in the bottom-right corner of the email composition window and click it.
Select "Schedule Send"
Choose a Scheduling Option.
You'll see a green banner at the bottom confirming the scheduled email.
Time Zones: Be mindful of the recipient’s time zone to ensure the email is received at an optimal time. Check here.
