How can I schedule an email?

Scheduling an email lets you plan your communication effectively and ensure your messages are sent at the right time. Follow these simple steps to schedule an email:

  1. Navigate to Inbox.

  2. Click on the Compose button to start creating a new email.

  3. Fill in the recipient's email address, the subject of your email, and write the body of your message.

  4. Locate the arrow icon in the bottom-right corner of the email composition window and click it.

  5. Select "Schedule Send"

  6. Choose a Scheduling Option.

  7. You'll see a green banner at the bottom confirming the scheduled email.

  8. If you want to cancel a scheduled message, just go to the Scheduled tab, locate the message and click cancel send.

Time zones: Be mindful of the recipient’s time zone to ensure the email is received at an optimal time. Check here.
