Reaching Carepatron Support quickly ensures you spend less time troubleshooting and more time focusing on patient care. Efficient support directly impacts your workflow, helping you maintain smooth operations and deliver better outcomes for your clients.

How can I get help? Where's the help button?

To get help from us, you can do the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your Carepatron workspace.

  2. Click the Help button located in the lower left side of the window.


What can the Help Center offer me?

When you click on the Help button, you can do the following:

Ask a question

This option opens with a message from Ava, our smart AI assistant. You can ask questions, and Ava will pull up answers.

For example, you can type:

I can't access roles and permissions.

You can also upload images to support your concerns and provide better context. If you find that your concerns still aren't addressed, you can type any of the following:

  1. "Talk to a person."

  2. "Talk to a human."

  3. "Connect me with someone."

  4. Other relevant phrases that could connect you with a support team member.

Our available customer support team members will jump in to cater to your concerns.
